Senior Account Director
The Biondo Group is a branding and packaging design firm located in Stamford, CT. Due to growth, we are looking for a full-time Senior Account Director to join our Company . The primary responsibility of this position is to support client projects and work alongside the design team.
The Senior Account Director candidate must have a strong understanding of the branding/packaging design industry, its nuance and have previous packaging design project management, as well as client facing experience.
HANDS-ON FAMILIARITY WITH:
– Presenting packaging design and branding work to a client.
– Developing and understanding consumer packaged goods strategy.
– The subtlety and language of brand identity.
– Research: qualitative & quantitative: focus group, online.
– The culture, structure and organization of client marketing departments.
– The design process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Build strong client relationships by understanding, staying on top of, and being committed to the clients business, product category, trends and activity.
– Proactively engage both internal and internal constituencies in dialogue.
– Be a positive force in our company and its day to day operations.
– Responsible for the daily management of assigned accounts.
-Communicate well > verbally and in writing.
– Preparation of plans, presentations and proposals.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
– Strong writing skills: presentations, proposals, POV
– Minimum of 4 years experience in account/brand planning
